I am still waiting for them to pick this piece of junk up. I wish i could copy and paste there emails here and you will believe what there service is all about. All i keep having sent to me is send video send photo which all has been done. Mine arrived broke from day one the battery was dead but on charger the light was green stating it was charged. Anyhow as carl mentioned he is having problems with his there be many others like him and myself who will learn by there mistakes and wished they would of brought local. TIP do not buy these bikes people be warned why do you think you can only leave excellent or good reviews on there website. Had another email arrive today asking me to send another video showing the charger on the battery not working you could not make this up. Well if you read these ESKUTE pick this up its boxed and ready to be collected by you and more than likely your send it on to some other victim. Stay away from these people again be warned. Once other people know this review site i think you will find there is alot more than what we have here. All the best if you have one of these bikes and just keep your fingers crossed nothing goes wrong with it. UPDATE HERE IS THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME BACK. Dear Customer,

We have sent your video back to the engineer, but I am sorry that this video only shows that the battery is running out of power so the bike can't be turned on, so I can't prove to my superiors that the battery is faulty.
I really want to help you, could you please take a video of the battery not charging to us to confirm the battery failure?
If not, the company will determine that the bike is a refund due to a non-quality issue and the buyer will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Please let know your idea and we are looking forward to your reply.

They recieved pictures the video unless they stand next to me there is noway i can prove this. What a joke this is all becoming.

If I wrote a review when I first got the bike then it would be 5 stars as I was really good fun when it was working, but then the issues started.
Problem after problem and eskute not very helpful at all, I've worked with them Trying to resolve the issues but now at a point where I am trying to get a refund.
If planning to get one joing the Facebook group first and read through the number of issues people are having (wish I did)
Buy from a local shop and get a good brand it might cost you more but I have a non working ebike which without the e part it's just a really crap bike

I pressed charges against Eskute because they defrauded me. I ordered 2 e-bikes, I paid them through bank transfer, I proved that the money had been credited to the company, I never received my bikes. Do not trust them, they are not reliable. Do not buy from them.

Having purchased a Polluno e bike I experienced a couple of minor issues.
These points were dealt with quickly and efficiency by return e mail by the after sales team.

Pretty good bikes for the price just over a year of using I had some issues and eskute sent me some parts and I'm up and running again so all good

My battery stop working ... I try to fix and the BMS from the battery is broken and this BMS size is not in the market ... is to small ... still I am looking for this ... technical asistance not answer my emails ... another battery cost 300£ ...

My Eskute Netuno Pro arrived two days after I ordered it. Easy to assemble, the bike seems very solid and well made. It is very comfortable, and the powerful motor has only been set on #1 so far, which is plenty. The only problem is a wrongly calibrated computer. Customer service have been very helpful and I am promised a new computer which should fix the problem. I hope so as this small issue has tainted an otherwise excellent experience.

Really good bike, very happy with it, had a few minor problems at first that were , they were sorted out very quickly . Also their customer care is excellent.
Its a shame more internet firms aren't as good as Eskute.

I had to contact support prior to delivery of my new bike. They replied on both 2 occasions within a few hours and the result was satisfactory. The bike itself came very well packaged and was very easy to build using the supplied toolkit. The bike looks very smart and built to a very high standard. I have now been out on the bike and find it very good and easy to use.

Eskute, this company for me by far is the number one electric bycycle company that I've read people calling eskute the budget electric bikes and yes the prices are extremely reasonable but what with the quality of there parts, there is nothing budget about them. Top that with the companies great principles how they deal with their customers I would whole heartedly advise anyone to look to ESUTE ELECTRICAL BIKES First. Great bikes

Pretty good to start with but once I had an error message and the bike stopped working, my problems started.

Customer services are a joke and after many emails and photos sent they did send me parts that they 'were sure' would fix the issue. However I am not a E-Bike technician and all the technicians I contacted wont touch Eskute bikes.

I did try and following the YouTube instruction through desperation and have hurt myself due to the total lack of H&S considerations.

Due to desperation I have today reverted to taking legal action which will probably cost me more than the bike, but why should they be able to get away with this frankly disgraceful lack of support?!

Absolutely disgusting service. I bought bikes from this company on 2nd September 2022 and they then told me ( after they had taken my money ) that they couldn't ship to Cyprus even though it was listed on the destinations they would ship to. They told me I would get a refund. It is now 17th September and they still haven't refunded me. No bikes and no money. I would NEVER order from them again !

I ordered a pair of e bikes,the Netuno Pro and the Polluno Pro . We took them to north Devon with our camper van , we cycled from Coombe Martin to Woolacombe and back. Lots of hills but the bikes performed well only using a third of the battery power on board.
We are very pleased with them and are looking forward to getting out again soon.

I bought the Eskute a month ago in August 22. I have built many ebikes and bought other factory models. The Eskute Netuno beats all my other bikes by far in spec and performance. The spec on these bikes is real good. The reason Eskute can sell them so such a low price is because they miss the middle man out. The price is cheap but the bike is not. I recommend Eskute as a company and my Netuno.
